- December Farm has facilities designed for starting young horses. These include a new five horse covered automatic walker and two round pens.
- The farm site provides 250 acres of Bluegrass pasture land with ample open riding space to educate the new racing recruits.
- On completion of their initial farm based training, the horses move to either Keeneland or the Thoroughbred Training Center in Lexington. Both locations boast the highest standard of facilities.

- At the track, December Farm is stabled in the newest, modern training barns with excellent light and ventilation.
- Racetracks within a 3-6 hour radius include Keeneland, Churchill Downs, Ellis Park, Turfway Park, River Downs, Kentucky Downs, Indiana Downs, Hoosier Park, Beulah Park and Mountaineer Park.
- Trainer Robert Hammond has 14 years experience and is licensed by the Kentucky Racing Commission in addition to Ohio and Indiana.
